EXPERIENCIA PERSONAL EN EL CURSO DE TDAH

Pienso que el curso ha cumplido con mis expectativas, ya que apenas tenía conocimientos sobre este trastorno y ahora dispongo de una información que considero muy útil, dado su carácter eminentemente práctico y siempre orientado a su aplicación en el aula y en el contexto del alumno.

Los contenidos me han parecido fáciles de comprender y las actividades propuestas me han ayudado a reflexionar sobre la problemática que rodea a este alumnado y sobre mi actuación como docente en este ámbito.

Las aportaciones en el foro me parecen muy interesantes como fuente de intercambio de experiencias, conocimientos y puntos de vista entre profesores de diferentes materias y etapas educativas.

Finalmente, este curso también me ha ayudado a dar uso a las TIC con la elaboración de este blog o con el uso de la plataforma "Digo", herramientas que antes no había utilizado ni creía tan útiles como me han resultado.

An unusual home

I’m Tim Theakstone and I live in a very unusual home. Most of my house is under the ground. The house isn’t very big. It’s got a small kitchen at the front and next to that is a living room, with two comfortable sofas. At the back of the house are the bathroom and the bedroom.

I live here with my wife, Jenny. She’s in the kitchen at the moment. I usually do the cooking, but Jenny’s cooking today because I’m writing this blog.

One good thing about being underground is that the house is naturally warm. It uses solar energy to heat water, and that works well. There’s always hot water. The only problem is that it’s quite dark because there are only three windows at the front of the house.

I’m Tim Theakstone and I live in a very unusual home. Most of my house is under theground. The house isn’t very big. INDICADORES PARA PREDECIR EL ÉXITO EN EL AULA CON ALUMNOS CON TDAH

EL ROBLE QUE DESCUBRIÓ SU CORAZÓN

Con esta actividad trataremos de concienciar a los niños del primer curso de ESO de que todos somos diferentes y no por ello mejores ni peores, de que cada uno tiene unas capacidades y unas funciones, y que en la diversidad está la riqueza. Así pues:

- Hablaremos sobre las diferencias primero a nivel físico (color de ojos, pelo, estatura, sexo...), luego a nivel académico (preferencias, aspiraciones...), después de nuestros gustos y aficiones... El objetivo es ver que todos absolutamente somos diferentes.

- Leer el cuento “El roble que descubrió su corazón" http://riberadelapolvorosa.wordpress.com/2007/01/21/el-roble-que-descubrio-su-corazon/

- Buscar en youtube vídeos de gente que, pese a sus necesidades especiales, han conseguido triunfar en la vida y lograr sus metas (ejemplos de deportistas paralímpicos, ejemplos de actores o de trabajadores con diferentes discapacidades...).

Concluir con la importancia de no discriminar ante las diferencias más destacadas y en, cualquier caso, ayudar a aquéllos a los que la sociedad pone trabas o barreras para una plena inclusión o integración.

Soy Sonia, profesora de inglés en secundaria y bachillerato.

Utilizaré este blog como parte de mi trabajo en el curso que estoy realizando: "Respuesta educativa para el alumnado con TDAH".

Con este curso pretendo ampliar mis conocimientos para mejorar el tratamiento de este alumnado y optimizar el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje con ellos, pues a veces la frustración y la impotencia que generan ciertas situaciones en el aula, tanto en el docente como en el alumnado, pueden ser corregidas gracias al conocimiento.
